Duties & Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to teach a NC Real Estate licensure course.

  • Responsible for delivering instruction of the NC Real Estate pre-licensing, post-licensing and update curriculum.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, laws, and technologies to ensure curriculum relevance.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students, guiding them towards achieving their career goals.
  • Collaborate with the education team to continuously improve course offerings and teaching methodologies.
  • Work with Microsoft Office Software.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification:
  • Licensed real estate professional with at least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach pre-license, post-license, or any update courses.
  • Experience in teaching real estate courses with proven passing rates on the North Carolina Real Estate Exam.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, laws, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Be able to teach the course in a face-to-face atmosphere, as well as an online format.
